We designed this retreat to help you steady your nervous system and soften the edges of daily stress. You’ll learn practical tools to ease anxiety in real time, while also exploring the physical release that comes from intentional movement.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level tips you’ve already heard a thousand times. We’re diving into the mental and physical tools that really work.
